Returns and cancellation rights
30-day satisfaction guarantee. We want you to be happy with Grizzlock™. If you're not satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it and get your money back.
Right to cancel: As a consumer, you also have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, starting from the day you receive the item.
How to return
- Email info@nordretail.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to make a return.
- We'll send you return instructions and the return address.
- Send the item back in good condition with all parts included.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll refund the amount to your original payment method within 14 days. The customer pays for return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 14 days with a photo of the item and we'll send a replacement or refund the full amount – at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
